Account Manager – Capital equipment Full Time

Evolve is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer to recruit an ambitious Account Manager to drive growth across a specialist capital equipment portfolio. This is a full-time permanent position covering London and the South East of the UK.

Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager

• Proven Healthcare Sales Experience – Bring a strong track record in medical devices, healthcare technology or capital equipment sales, with experience successfully navigating NHS acute care environments.
• Commercial & Business Development Mindset – Be a natural “hunter” who thrives on identifying new opportunities, winning business and delivering ambitious growth. Use strong commercial acumen to build compelling, value-led business cases.
• Influential Stakeholder Management – Build credibility and influence with senior clinical, operational and executive stakeholders. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities with confidence and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic & Results Driven – Take ownership of your territory, using strategic account planning, data and CRM insights to prioritise opportunities and maximise results. Be highly organised, resilient and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.

Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager

• Drive Business Growth – Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting major capital investment programmes and competitor displacement. Develop territory plans to grow market share and deliver sales and profitability targets.
• Lead Strategic Sales – Manage complex capital sales from opportunity through to contract and implementation. Build compelling business cases, influence key stakeholders and navigate public-sector procurement and tender processes.
• Build Customer Partnerships – Develop trusted relationships with senior clinical, operational, procurement and executive stakeholders. Understand customer needs and position solutions that improve patient outcomes, efficiency and staff safety.
• Grow Existing Accounts – Develop strategic account plans to retain and expand existing customers. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring customers realise measurable value from their investment.
