Pharmacist Full Time

Join a trusted local independent pharmacy group in Northampton, known for delivering a wide range of exceptional NHS and private services to the community.

Our client is seeking a friendly and approachable GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their team in supporting 2 well-staffed stores 0.5 miles apart in Northampton (NN2 & NN3).

This is a permanent position working 4 days per week, specifically Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and then either Thursdays or Fridays. Saturdays are ideally to be covered on an ad-hoc basis.

Paying up to £26 per hour DOE, plus GPhC fees paid, pension and a great opportunity for you to complete your Independent Prescribing qualification, with the support of our client.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist

• GPhC registered Pharmacist with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
• Ideally have experience of leading a team.
• Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience of coaching and developing people.
• Interest in developing additional skills and providing additional innovative services.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist

• Commercial awareness and leadership encouraging every person who works for us to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional service to patients and customers.
• Day to day responsibility for your team, stock, operational and GPhC standards.
• You will receive support directly from the owner.
• With your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you could become a vital member of both the store team, and the local community as well as helping to maintain excellent customer loyalty.
