Territory Manager Full Time

Evolve is recruiting for a well-established Medical Devices organisation seeking an enthusiastic Territory Manager to join their dynamic sales team covering Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire (MK, SG, LU, AL, WD, HP).

This position will promote an extensive range of Respiratory and Acute Care products (both capital equipment and consumables), to improve care and outcomes in a range of respiratory patients from neonatal to adult, from the Emergency department right through to the HDU/ ITU and into the home.

Ideal Requirements

• Ideally you will have 2+ years sales experience in the Healthcare industry.
• Candidates with sales backgrounds in pharma or medical devices will be considered.
• Comfortable with a complex clinical evidence-based position.
• Mental agility to keep learning new things as therapies and applications shift.
• Personable and able to build / maintain successful relationships at different levels.

Role Responsibilities

• This is a dynamic sales role that involves working across the hospital in complex clinical settings to support and grow business.
• Work with the sales team, focusing on market development and education of KOL’s to drive adoption of products across the care continuum in the hospital and out into the home.
• To support and grow the clinical application of their range of products.
• Identify and develop sites for evaluation of products.
• Develop relationships with both clinical and business Key Opinion Leaders in all areas of respiratory medicine.
• Provide education and high-level technical support to clinicians to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Be a trusted advisor for customers.
